How To Order:

IF YOU ARE USING PAYPAL - simply click on the buy buttons and they will be added to your order.  When your done you will get directions on the order on how to complete payment.

1) IF YOU ARE ORDERING BY MAIL ORDER: Start by printing out the order form so you will have someplace to write down the items you want to order.

2) Browse through site and make your list..no go back to the order form..fill it out and when you click submit your order is emailed to me...I will then calculate shipping    I will send you an email invoice that you can print out and send with your payment.

1) PAYMENTS -   Accepted through PAYPAL.  (Please note:  If your items are being mailed to a different address than you have on your paypal account, don't forget to send me an email letting me know.  Put "MAIL ADDRESS CHANGE" in the subject line.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR TRACKING PURPOSES

2) Pre-pay with a money order.  Please email me for shipping cost. Please allow time  for money orders to get the me and to clear before we ship your order. (Sorry but we do not accept personal or business checks.) Bank Transfers Welcome.

3)  We do not ship C.O.D.  OR BANK TRANSFERS

Returns:
All items are returnable within three (3) days of receipt if not completely satisfied.  Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and you must send me an email letting me know that you are returning the product.   Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.  A Restocking Fee of 15% may be charged on returns.  Please notify Doadangle.com  within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order. Made when ordered items are exchanged for like items or merchandise credit only.  All posts have a 7 day warranty...return both parts or at least the top charm of the post and it will be repaired or exchanged for the same post.  Shipping charge of $5.95 paid by you.
NOTICE: Dried flowers are not returnable, they are very fragile and do not withstand multiple mailings.  If you are returning an order and there are dried flowers on it then the rest of the order can be refunded but not the dried flowers.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy.  Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing your order and or email promotions and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.

Backorders:
We do our best to keep most our items in stock for immediate delivery or notify you of items that are made when ordered, however backorders do occur.  Your backordered items will ship out US Mail as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping charges.  If you do not receive your backorder within 45 days, please contact me.  There are no backorders on 'One of a kind/ or Limited Quantity' items (these will be stated on site so you know).  Please e-mail me if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.

Shipping to Alternative Addresses:
I will ship to alternative addresses, but remember you are still responsible for the product.  Any corrections of problems will be handled through you. and DON'T FORGET TO SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH "ADDRESS CHANGE" IN THE SUBJECT LINE SO I WILL MAKE NOTE OF IT.

Shipping: 
NOTICE:  Please make sure your address is correct on your paypal, this is the address your package is mailed to.  If the address is wrong and you do not get your package there will be no refunds or replacement of your order.  You will have to pay shipping all over again including any paypal fees associated with the order.

USPS SHIPPING -
This is the least expensive of the shipping, however international customers must include a phone number for tracking purposes.

6) International Customers:  We ship USPS First Class Mail.
